In order to guarantee our customers the best quality, safe products and a high level of consumer satisfaction, we continually perform quality checks in Germany and elsewhere.
By working closely with highly reputed testing institutes, we make sure that our products comply with the relevant German and/or European laws and safety standards.
In the Far East (Ningbo, China) our own quality control office monitors merchandise and loading for compliance with the AQL standard in order to ensure the high level of quality we guarantee before shipments leave for our customers. For this as well, we use prominent testing institutes as required or when requested by customers.
We only place orders with carefully selected sources that match our understanding and standards of responsibility and sustainability. Our pool of suppliers already comprises more than 60 BSCI-audited production plants.
As far as possible, we use only FSC®-certified wood for production. Through our involvement in the BSCI, we actively contribute to improving social standards in the countries where our merchandise is produced. Our goal is to steadily intensify our activities to promote sustainability and social responsibility.
